Don't go in there with all guns blazing. I would use the gentle aproach and tell the seller that you are not happy with the goods and want to return them for a full refund,do it via ebay so that the message is logged and all official like,also check their returns policy and keep within any time limits. If all this fails then go for the jugular thru paypal,hope this helps,John...

Just a quick add on to the recorded delivery in u.k.,items insured upto £30 only,after that use special delivery.and state the value which the seller has paid including p&p

Only problem when not using paypal is you don't get insurance on the goods and no comebacks with some sellers. What I have done in the past is offered to pay their paypal fees or get their bank account details and arrange a transfer via your bank,hope this helps.
