The Most Miserable Record Dealer
Haha great idea for a thread Owner of D&J in Carnegie outside of Pittsburgh has terrible terrible attitude, found him even more annoying than Rich Rosen and that's saying something. At least you get to eat at the fabled Chat'n'Chew Diner nearby when you go there as a consolation (cheers for that tip Matt)

Crossover Soul
Oh, I just always thought it meant if you found yourself playing records like these you'd "crossed over" to the dark side and now mysteriously owned a handbag...

Wants (Part 1)
After buying a JTParker off a Moerer auction last year did wonder if he'd start listing more copies but his buyer was at a record fair here and said that was all they had, how many of these does it seem to have topped off at altogether, not many....

Somewhat lamely Atlantic got Bobby's name wrong, well on my copy at least, "Bobby Wommack"
-
Beverley - Where The Good Times Are - Uk Deram
Has been spun on the mod circuit, can't see it having much northern appeal, there's a Euro PS that's tougher to find than the reg uk issue

Uncover The Stafford Cover Up Quiz
I am English - despite living in the States - and the thought of Freddie Starr (!!) "covering" this is pretty hysterical

The 20 Most Valuable Records In The World
My introduction to record dealing happened at the ripe old age of 15 in a classroom in Buckinghamshire, was talked into trading my copy of the Sex Pistols on A&M for a couple of similar genre 45's by - still remember his name - Robert Mance who then promptly informed me that the 45 was already "rare" - although had no concept of that in those days - and I'd fucked up royally. No idea what he did with it but do remember his other knowledge wasn't up to his record dealing acumen as he was crap when it came to our exams the next year, but still growl every time I see a copy of it going for $$$'s must admit.

Anyone Know This....?
Well I'm in NYC so no surprise got to me before you, don't give up! Seller is legit so if for any reason he couldn't honour the deal am sure by now he'd have refunded you, how did Denbo get told his wasn't coming? (assuming he was 1 of the 7 BIN's) Have you ever read Billy's bio, it's priceless, makes him out to be practically the Chuck Norris of soul! He judged a Miss Nude America contest, and being the only clothed person in the hall, felt compelled to at least moon the audience while reading out the winner's name. So, he did! Enjoy the whole thing: https://billyharner.c...id=20&Itemid=61

Anyone Know This....?
I know it came out on other releases of his but the flip "Fool me" is really pretty fine too Getting the impression from some of the last posts that a couple of the people who did the 7 Buy it nows somehow didn't get the 45??
