As other posters have pointed out if you were not happy first thing to do is contact seller and arrange to return 45 for refund. You can still leave comments for the transaction using Feedback facility. I know it can be annoying but jumping in without taking reasonable steps in the first instance is not the way to remedy any problem. I'm sure Joe will be in touch once he's aware you're unhappy. Whilst he may not be in the running to win the Booker Prize anytime soon I think there is enough info here for members to make a judgement.
