The mill on sunbridge road bradford went to a techno night there, Mainly to hear Ben sims ,anyway after his set went to the top floor where there was a chillout space no sonner had we set foot in there , On comes curtiss Blandon , in the long run! -

What a brilliant aft3noon wrong man was played , Simon was the right man for the job to play it , what can I say about Neil , always ace , , and John Reynolds bloody fantastic , only regret is missing lodgie , old friends a special surprise , new friends made which put the cherry on the cake .

Well that was a bloody cracking anniversary, both rooms had some fantastic music on the decks some completely new stuff id not heard before. One from lawrence proxton as he started the freestyle room up played some brilliant funk and although he showed us the sleeve of the tune with the artists name its a blur now, something like the detroit if either city playboys or something . And Ethan howarth played a millie jackson tune just before dave rimmer took over , again the name of it has gone , grateful thanks and congratulations to sian and everyone who wirked so hard to make the night such roaring success and maintained such quality over twenty flippin years ! Phenomenal.

Only trip to a farm in wavertree nr chester on NYE many years ago, wish id taken ma phone or camera as aside from the precarious state of the floor holding about 200 people bang at it, the holes were covered up by little squares of cut out hardboard, THE FIFTY FEET TALL STAINLESS STEEL WICCA MAN CONSTRUCTED OUTSIDE THE MILKING SHED, gave me a bit of a start! COTTON TREE FARM AND ONE TREE ISLAND , what a brilliant night

Just about any kent release , although the early compilations by soul bowl were worth their cost many times over, one release for dancerx only has so many tunes with five figure price tags, it was booted in the eighties and the resulting ep had five tunes with a total value of twenty odd grand Or pick a favourite male or female artist and acquaint yourself with the full catalogue of say garland green, little richard, betty swann or do the label complete catalogue , a mate recommended smash

Have taken to id ing field mushrooms and fungi to expand my knowledge of locating edble mushrooms found this which i stress i didnt pick as i try to id them while their rooted just for perspective i take a size 9 it belongs to the bolete family of polypore mushrooms and is edible though nondescript in terms of flavour (mushroom it say in the guide lol)
