Paul Sindab - Do What You Wanna
Watch out! All yellow label is a boot. Mainly yellow but must have some red in it (think it's the syringe)for a real one.

Tamla Motown Music For Pleasure Albums
On the Sounds Superb (70's) label I think only the Kiki Dee and Jimmy Ruffin releases contained previously unissued tracks. MFP (red label late 60's early 70's) had unreleased tracks on the Contours & Isley Brothers (My Love Is Your love) L.Ps. Starline (1960's) had 4 releases: Marv Johnson, Mary Wells & 2 Isley Brothers (both Isleys full of unissued gems) The Marvin Gaye 'Sounds Superb' orange cover that bigsoulman talks about is the better cover of 2 releases by him (both contain the same tracks).

If You Didnt Know It Was A Pop Song
Agree, bet the vocal has never been played on the scene?? The Lovin' Spoonful also did a great version of Len Barry's (among others)...'You Baby'

Clovers..try My Love...josie..w/d
Well, I can tell you that my ISSUE is vinyl and not styrene, I can also tell you that that it's a fantastic dancer that's gaining a good reputation....but then you knew that already!

Mel Britt Re-Issue On Ebay
ME! Obviously, original is best....but i've stacked a few 'original bootlegs' as you put it, together in a box for keep sake. The good ones, like Mel Britt, Alexander Patton, Lenny Curtis, Eddie Parker, Gwen Owens, Salvadors...etc. I'm not talking about the latest cheap looking boots but those from the 70's that really do look the business. The Lenny Curtis for example is a great quality styrene bootleg and looks the business! A hard one to find, that much I do know. There are a few who collect these believe me, and some are very hard to get.

Marv Johnson - Ua Sound Quality
If only they'd use the piano intro again, half way through the tune....would have been awesome! Great record anyway, the piano at the start is so f***ing good though, it deserved another outing! Would have been 3x the price!

Wilson Pickett,oh Baby Don't You Weep
So, we've come to the agreement that this is the ONLY Wand L.P. And it has a 'similar' cover to the UK Marble Arch one.
-
Wilson Pickett,oh Baby Don't You Weep
You can check dates, unfortunately I won't be able to tell you when the Wand l.p I posted up was released as I only have the UK one on Marble Arch. I got the scan of the Wand one because I was watching it on ebay, I never won it so I got a UK copy instead. Perhaps the Wand one I posted up is a re-press?
-
Wilson Pickett,oh Baby Don't You Weep
Aah,so there's 2 Wand L.p's then. Wonder which one came first?
-
Wilson Pickett,oh Baby Don't You Weep
Is this your Wand L.P? If so, ok, not 100% exactly the same. UK Marble Arch has the same cover pic though (albeit different text).

Help Please - Sam & Dave / Prince Buster
100% with that one quinvy. Ken, a lot of original Blue Beat 45's (especially this one as it sold bucket loads) come in different shades of blue, some are so dark they look black and I've got some that are almost sky blue. Oh, and thanks Pikeys dog...Leslie Kong, that's the guy!

Wanted: Nita Rossi - Every Little Day Now; Gene Chandler - Mr. Big Shot
Blue label should be ok. Either star design or plain, should have a special mark/stamp in the run-out.
-
Wilson Pickett,oh Baby Don't You Weep
The Wand L.P has the same cover as the UK Marble Arch one. The original Double L USA L.P is a plain cover with no picture.
