May be a problem with no alcohol Russ,from a business point of view.(thinking of the problems Burnley had with low bar takings,amongst other venues). 10-6pm for me is ideal.But usually out for 12 hours no matter what the opening hours. Drinking at all nighters?.Not really a problem is it?.What about the option for non drivers?.
