  3. not sure if this helps but bell road is where the recording studios are/were, not sure they ever pressed anything there though
  4. some dealer gave me a really badly warped eddies my name - parkway , now this does work, get a big, big book, hold the record over the gas ring on a cooker, quite high above..say 8 inches, watch carefully and it will slowly start to melt, quickly put it in the middle of the book and slam shut, comes out straight as a die and plays fine!!

    I used to go in reddingtons on a saturday about 76, always thought they were clueless and stupidly overpriced, saw a woman ask for abraham martin and john only to be told it was £12 !!!! used to go in graham warrs in the oasis, anyone remember it?
  16. with sao paulo being one of the worlds largest cities I suppose its no surprise that there would be a few people interested in soul music, do you sell to brazillians or ex pats working there? I would have thought that argentina would be the best bet for the chance of finding people into soul.

  21. Canada, you are lucky , we are the only 2 soulies here in panama! anyway, we found it enjoyable, especially compared to some of the other tv efforts about the scene. as many have said 30 mins was too short.
