For my Twopenneth (whatever that is ) , I don't go out much to do's . so can't critisize but when I did it was to hear records that I liked and didn't have. I'm sure a lot of us on here have (and still have) had decent collections over the years. Me , like a lot of us sold all my stuff back in the day for f**k all 'cause I needed the dosh. I'll get to the point , I'm all for everyone enjoying Northern (daren't say "our Music" 'cause it isn't ) but if a place wants to hold a "Northern Soul" night in my opinion it should be true to the cause , if you know what I mean, which means playing original copies of records ? Anyway my local do that used to play off laptop and CD, I went a couple of times and didn't feel comfortable and being a grumpy old soulie stopped going although a lot of our friends (who don't give a flying fook what it's played on) carried on going. Anyway they have changed their policy to Vinyl and have asked me to do a spot, which I will do to my best and be playing only Original copies 'cause that's how I think it should be , we will see Swifty

Have had nearly every colour over the years and the one on Bullet but would just like a Yew demo at a reasonable price obviously Please PM with price wanted and I will reply to all Cheers Swifty

Pete , don't know if you remember me telling you about a couple of boxes of 45's 2-300 given to my old man when we had a Pub , there were all sorts but little soul , about 10 copies of Florence Ballard - Love Aint Love - ABC but that's all really. Anyway all the records were Mint and most of the covers were stapled in the corner but there must have been 50-60 at least Reggae 45's on CRAB - CAMEL - PAMA - GAS - ISLAND and other labels I'd never heard of but they all had that same sticker on the covers as that Pama in yor picture , is it Delamare or something like that ? What was Delemare then , any ideas
