- Why no soul ?
In the U.S., of the 50 + Music channels on cable tv, there are quite a few choices for Soul. There's a channel that plays mostly 60's- 80's, another one that plays 80's, 90's and 00's, three or four Hip Hop / Rap channels and a couple that play Soul Love songs.- eBay listing categories?
Not sure why you're having problems. Once I picked Browse categories, I selected Music then records. After that it took me to a new page with additions to choose from- add pics, speed , format (LP or 45 etc), where you should be able to add Northern Soul or any other category.- Sleeves
Yes- I probably have close to 1000. I like having the 45's in their "birth sleeves" !- Article: Mary Wells - (Artist Of The Week)
- Soul songs that are based on gospel songs without credit
One of the weirdest things that happened in the Gospel to Soul transition occurred when the Valentinos covered the Womack Brothers "Couldn't Hear Nobody Pray" and turned it into "Lookin' For A Love". Same group, same arrangement, just different lyrics.- Mike Terry (Artist Of The Week)

- Final auction price on Mr manships
1001 pounds.- eBay listing categories?
I just tried it and everything worked fine. After you type in the title of what you're selling, it should take you to another page. After you put in a pic, it asks for item specifics which you can then put in R & B , Soul, Northern Soul etc.- Jewel and the Jimmy McCrackin Band

- Chuck Barksdale (Dells) R.I.P.
Sad to hear about this- the Dells had hits in the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's and kept recording long after that. I can still hear those 60's dj's introducing their records- "The pride and joy of Harvey, Illinois, the mighty, mighty Dells -- More madness. 7dwarfs
The 7 Dwarfs released "Stop Girl"/ "One By One" The Ambassadors put out "Too Much Of A Good Thing"/ "Whole Lotta Soul" and this 45 -- Lou Johnson R.I.P.

Very sad to hear about this- he had so many great 45's! Although Roy Hamilton's version is better, this comes very close ...- New Releases - Spring 2019
Came across this on you tube- Nice !! Actually not a new release- just reissued - oops !!- Mary Wells, 'If you Can't Give Her Love..' Pressing fault?
I've got two (U.S.) copies of "If You Can't..." and both play with no problems. Not sure why they changed the B sides.- The Me-o Label
- Tangeers (Tan-geers) - who were they ?
Does anyone know if the Ron Bollons mentioned in the 2 pics are the same person? The distributors were based on Guilford Street which is also one of the labels mentioned- - Tyrone Davis - (Artist Of The Week)
