For some odd reason, was sure a 45 once had in my box was on ukderam, even after seeing visual proof that was other label was not convinced, a quick web check , first proved me wrong, no suprise there but also led me to the now defunct unofficial deram website.

After a meeting held with the Ashby Social Club regarding the Soul Allnighter the club has cancelled all future allnighters which include Febuary 28th and March 2004.
Reasons given for the cancellation were that alcohol was being brought into the club by guests and consumed on the premises.I do not have to tell anyone the seriousness of these actions.The bar was open till 2am selling subsidised drinks and still it was abused.I would urge people that do attend allnighters wether mine or anyb

Great news for rare soul fans, the U.K's No1 rare soul DJ BUTCH has just been added to the line up in the Northern Soul room at the Prestatyn Soul weekender in March.
As one of the most valuable contributors to the rare scene in the U.K. ever, he will mark his debut at the Worlds largest rare soul weekender with spots during the Friday and Saturday all-nighters.
