After a cold ,wet and windy a day of setting the gear up...I feared the worst when me and kim drove in the rain to open up. After the quiet first hour people to pile in and they kept on coming.. Dj sets were all quality . Ian Stacey set the ball rolling and was followed by fabulous sets by Steve Grubb, Jordan Wilson , Mick Taylor , the floor rammed by 1230... I did my set and then we were treated to some astonishing music courtesy of Daz Dakin ., Tom Page (he was brilliant) Ethan Howarth was ace and we then had Les Norman who treated us to some seriously good rare soul and then Ian finishing off with just more quality oldies,,,(Head and Shoulders - Patti Young,,Candi Staton - Upper Hand,, Servicemen - Sweet Magic ... just magic The amount of people at the end was just amazing and I had a lump in my throat when saying thank you to everyone.. It was one the best nights at ever at the Coop and I am so proud of my punters and djs...it was their night... But not resting things there in April its my 10th Anniversary of the Coop and to celebrate we have Tommy Hunt Live and the first official Nuneaton Coop badge. Once again thanks to all who travelled last night to make it such a memorable all nighter. atb Mark 1 Link to review
