THE BEST NIGHT at the Legion thus far!! Never seen it so packed!! Excellent music from all dj's from start to finish. So good to see Mark Bicknell back behind the decks where he belongs 👍thanks for requests, S Z went down well I'd say Tony Brookes, should be played out more. Absolutely fantastic night, thanks Tony & Lisa will try n get there for the Wedding Bash xx

Massive thanks to everyone who attended Burscough Legion last night, a packer with one of our biggest attendances to date.

Special thanks to our guest DJs--Carl & Maria Willingham, Mark Bicknell and Jimmy Knowles, quality tunes, pure class all night long. And all on original vinyl, sounds you don't hear at many venues a lot of the time.

Just seems to be getting better each month at Burscough Legion, attendances have been on the up for well over a year and more people are making it their regular monthly venue of choice.

Burscough Legion runs on the 4th Saturday of each month and we are into our 11th year in 2018, the anniversary is in June which will be a really special night.

Next one over at the Legion is on Saturday 28th April with DJs "Jumpin" Joan Livesey, Kev Murphy, Carol Gilboy and Tony Brookes--another quality line up, hope you can make it. 

Class pure class, many thanks to Tony Brookes for inviting me to DJ, bit ring rusty but really enjoyed it, great to see Ian Cunliffe, Jane Pearson, Debbie Troops, Jackie, Geoff and Margaret Buckley, Phil Broadhurst, Chris Morgan, Tony Mac, Sandi, Joan and Tony Livesey, Jimmy Knowles, The Willinghams (sublime masterclass in records), huge thanks to Dave Hutchinson and Kate for giving us a lift, packed venue, fantastic sound system, thanks to everyone for the heads up and comments I received after my sets, don't do this too much anymore but it's always a joy and an honour to be asked, well worth a visit, great crowd and a perfect way to spend a Saturday night.

Been a while since my last visit to the legion but what a night to come back to. Packed from the off and plenty of top tunes from the decks. Carl and Maria sublime as always and hats off to Mark, Jimmy and Tony for their spots. A big thank you to the birthday boy Tony Mac for the lift and Brucie Bonus of being dropped off first 😂😂xx
