Paul Harris Memorial Alldayer - Rochdale

Now then Young Neil I am going to try and get there, did get asked but just started selling up and I would have liked to have done Paul justice with some of the stuff he used like me playing at Bradford but a lot of big ticket stuff has already gone!!  So Sad!! Speak soon Atb John.

I have just been informed by Helen that we may be on holiday but I'm sure It can be rearranged I will check!!

 It was a great night and you played some great tunes I remember it well!!! We had some great nights both at that venue and at the bigger place where you went down the ramp!!  The one up on the tops was fairly interesting  nearly got blown into Grant (RIP) and his girlfriend when I opened my mate John's car door mind we were almost in the clouds but a real posh venue when you got in there!!

Just over two weeks to go, as we near an emotional day for all I'm sure at The Paul Harris Memorial Alldayer.

Saturday September 24th is the date for your diary!! The Rochdale Ukrainian Club, Mere Street, Rochdale OL11 1HJ hosts eight soulful hours of the best music in the world.

With an all star line up of DJs!! The event runs 3pm-Midnight, admission £5 pay on the door

All proceeds go the RSPCA Rochdale branch. The response and feedback so far has been off the scale, see you there!!!

Hats off to Janette for putting this all together. Happy to play a small part in the proceedings. I think we all have our recollections of Paul and his wicked sense of humour. Still hard to believe and miss our phone calls, he would have me in stitches. Still have a few of my purchases from Paul in my collection, pretty certain one or two will get a spin on this momentous occasion, see you there!!

Will but a brief visit . Though an important one. 

Judging by the response so far, it's looking like we'll do our good friend Paul proud!! People travelling from far and wide for a very worthy cause and not least in memory of one of the scene's genuine guys. See you there!!
