Just made me think...Joe 90 was a term of derision at my school for someone with NHS specks on. They were usually kept in place with a plaster in the corner......as in look at him he looks like Joe 90.If you were at Wigan and wore the specks and it came on .........pity you.

What comes around though as all the young kids are wearing them and want to look like Joe 90.I'm a bit perplexed with the current kids look of looking like Frank Elson, the flat cap and beard.They are looking old before they are old!.
