Records Missing Due To Ash Cloud

Just had a buyer on saying they have not received a record I posted to Italy about 2 weeks ago.

I also have not received one posted from the States about ten days ago.

Anybody else having the same problems.

yes waiting for 3 from the states and 1 from japan. 3 out of the 4 have been almost a fortnight nowangry.gif.give them another week and i will be worrying

Am waiting for some important legal doccuments.

Have also had the following e mail from person on e bay I bought some goods off.

Your order had been processed and it had been scheduled to ship out on next

working day. Delivery period is around 4 to 9 working days, you should receive

by this period.

Due to the volcanic ash air chaos, Royal Mail has announced that it is impacting

some of the UK domestic mail. Your order might delay by this and it is grateful

And most likely a thousand others just like you, including me Steve. I am still waiting for a 45 from the U.K. posted on the 12th ' to be signed for '. A classic case of patience is a virtue i guess. ATB Tony, OZ.

Posted a record to the states, and the lady said, expect it to take a hell of a lot longer than usual.

We just got to be patient I guess.

Been waiting for some T Shirts from No Sleep records stateside 3 weeks usually takes 8 days methinks gonna be a lot lot longer

I've got about 5 packages in transit somewhere, all posted at least 2 weeks ago in places as diverse as Japan and Jamaica and all on their way to me - I hope!

Things that have been ordered since 'normal service' has been resumed have arrived considerably quicker than usual (including an album that took four days to get from New Zealand to Rounce Towers in Surrey) so I'm assuming they're doing with mail what they're doing with people on planes, and working through the backlog as and when...

Won these on Ebay and paid for on,6/4 x 2,11/4 x 2,19/4 x 1,all these have got here okay,so some are

still getting through.

I just received a parcel posted from the UK on 26 April that arrived on the 30th, which is incredible (especially considering there was a Sunday in there), as it has never usually been that fast even before the ash cloud!

bought from craigmoerer on 18th - recieved today no probs :ohmy:

....and got one from germany last week during all the flight chaos - that seemed quicker than when things were 'normal'

Nope but I still have the receipt for posting it and the paypal

invoice for the payment.

I reckon I can claim off the Royal Mail.

Anybody had experience with trying to do this.

Recently had a record take 23 Days from Netherlands.

Posted as soon as I had Paid, worrying while waiting though.

I had stuff from the States Quicker, However, not Sellers Fault in this case.
