I think there's going to be one heck of a disappointed winner.  I can't see how the winner would have any come back on this either in terms of being "deceived."

 

The seller has not explicitly said it's a different version but then why would he need to?  The sound files are there.

It's an "adapted" version of the Modern track, it's not the identical song.  Then again, which came first?  I had this record about 14, 15 years ago, believe it or not I sold it really easily despite giving a warning.

The thing is the Soundfile is there

so whoever bought it bought it because they liked it.

its definitely not a 45 you see every day. I sold this along the other version to jm roughly eight years ago for about half of what it did fetch now,
