As many of you know The Herbs issued some excellent records on George Blackwell's Smoke label.

I only chanced upon this recent ebay listing after it had ended so unfortunately I didn't win the item. The record came with some fabulous memorabilia relating to the group including a letter from the group's manager to Allen Walden of Capricorn Records who was the brother of Phil Walden (who had of course been the manager of Otis Redding).
