It got played a bit on the London Jazz scene in the mid 80's as an alternative to Eddie Bishop, et al.

I don't mind it lol - just like the tune I think

I've seen quite a few of these while digging for 45's- not rare.  It's also  listed on Soulful Kinda Music's web site 

 There's a copy on e-bay right now if anyone is interested.
