January 14, 200718 yr ive noticed that this is fetching quite a bit of money lately, has it been booted and how do u identify the real ones ? thanks in advance jason Used to have a demo of it, it was styrene with a ztsc stamp, I also had an identical looking one but it was vinyl & without the stamp. I think it may have been booted in styrene as well but with a scratched in matrix.

January 14, 200718 yr WDJ on styrene ZTSC 125854-1A stamped on "If you ever..." run-out groove and ZTSC 125853-1A on "Who am I" side. It'd be the same for red issue. ROD
January 14, 200718 yr Also theres a boot of the last label design but in yellow not red but this has the delta number 99528 I mentioned above Edited January 14, 200718 yr by richard

January 14, 200718 yr Thankyou Simon ..affection rekindled ..a little dancing round the bedroom moment .. still sounding dead nice . cheers Lin See what you are missing Lin See you let Tait out to hear this stuff though Albrighton those were the days Best Ted
January 14, 200718 yr See what you are missing Lin See you let Tait out to hear this stuff though Albrighton those were the days Best Ted I`ll second that.
January 14, 200718 yr Arnie Simons last label picture is an original and he's showing you where to look for the ZTSC stamp. However boot legs have been made with this label design that are both yellow as well as red. Look in the run out groove as Simon has highlighted if it has ZTSC stamped on there it's an original but if it has 99528 scratched on it's a boot.
January 14, 200718 yr See what you are missing Lin See you let Tait out to hear this stuff though Albrighton those were the days Best Ted Hello Tedward ..(big hugz) I'm not really missing it mate , it'll always hold a special place in my heart ,it hasn't gone and it never will ..I have over the last years begun to realise how much GREAT soul music is still being made today and current artists (especially Indie artists) are truly deserving of support from us ..I just love new music ,but am always mindful and respectful of my past, its what shaped my love for more contemporary stuff. As for Tait , yes he still loves his 60ts/crossover ,we just were at The Jazz FM Weekender last week in Blackpool and he loved the reggae sets he heard there ..I think between us and our Jamie we cover all the bases Hope you're well Ted ..I still have some fond memories of hearing you play some classy sets - heady days !! Lin xxx

January 15, 200718 yr that's what mine says WDJ copy, love 'Who am I' too. Did she ever do anything else Rod ?? I think the last person to speak to Ms Barnes was Tim A, back in the late 80s. I recently tried to track her down for the Impact /Inferno feature I did in the mag. No luck I'm afraid. Even checked the National phone book from Alaska to Florida as a last resort! Harry Balk told me that he's pretty sure there were two other tracks cut by her with Duke Browner at the helm over the same session period. Now that 's enough to get yer slobbering innit?
