I must be missing something with that Knox 45.

Sounds like a routine Wilson Pickett track to my ears.

Other side has a nice lilt but vocal group ? Sounds solo to me.

I googled to find it went unsold on UK eBay for £800 just over a month ago from seller Alannealeplumbing.

Maybe Shifty gave it to John to auction after it didn't sell ... 

Trends goes for a tidy sum putting it beyond the reach of most collectors. Great sound, the group’s best by far and massively in-demand. The rest of the auction was slightly underwhelming though the Velvelettes made me blink twice.

I didn't know Shifty was that eBay seller, but yes makes sense to me.

Manship spotted the sale on popsike and it has to be a rare local thing, but I agree and my money will stay in my wallet
