I asked John about this indeirectly but he never replied - that is the second issue not the first if it's the - it might be the first issue on that number but it still came out 2 or 3 years before with a different number - besides which, it's about as rare as something like Bobby Wells on Beacon. The promo you mention Bogue is from when it was repromoted, the first 'second' issue didn't have a promo.

Pete, I had a '69 promo - white label with a red A, and a large centre hole. Also came in an art sleeve!

Thats what I'm on about Gene, but thats the 2nd issue of the 2nd issue if you see what I mean, then it came out again in 72 or roundabouts

Didn't this have a "promo Copy - Not For Sale" sticker on ?.... which I think is alway a bit dudious !!!

It did, but all Philips/Fontana/Mercury demos between 64 and 68 did (or a yellow not for sale stamp)
