I've tried asking Frank on this site but cannot get a message through, you might try yourself. Think his band shortened their name to the Loud Minority in 1968.

https://www.swingthatmusic.com/Contact_Fran...tact_frank.html

It was also released on the Spontaneous Arts label.

Mmmmm!! interesting

Always thought this had to be made with a soundtrack in mind ?

no wonder it never made it. Awful NS tune imo, then again I've always had appalling taste.

I aint bothered what label its on i just want one :P

I have one. I'll send it in two separate parcels if you like Ted

What dose the Matrix say, I wonder cause I have never seen a Tri-ode demo.

Tri-Ode 109-120 matrix TL-933Bell Sound E.Y.

I suppose Top Level is TL in the dead wax so Tri-ode is the second issue or not a demo.

What a tune, i Better look out for that one, how much?

Cool tune, Dome play, I remember it Carl play? or you Al

Rob Marriott used to give this plenty of turntable action way back when....where was it first played?

LATE CASINO 80 ?

HAD MINE AT THE TIME FOR £8

ALLTHOUGH ONE SOLD FOR £90

Thats what I was thinking.

Me thinks very R&B for Wigan but with the Frank involvment a Brady play.

I am talking Little Gigi.

BUT YOUR NOT MAKING IT CLEAR MULTI THREAD GOING ON AT ONCE

  • 5 years later...

Bought this at Hinkley around 83 for £12 Sold it on about 10 years later,, Used to like the Flip side

but for the life of me cant remember what it was called.......... Any takers Please???

Flip of 'Harlem rumble' is 'Bring it on home'.

no wonder it never made it. Awful NS tune imo, then again I've always had appalling taste.

you said it :D

minshull was spinning in 81 at wigan but i bet pat or richard or even Gary..spun it before

I have a tape of Searling playing it at the Casino as a "1st time out" also adding that it will "Take the scene by storm" and that it may turn out to become, "The biggest Northrrn Soul instrumental ever!"

By the way, it came out on three different labels!!!
