Guest Dr Pickles
Great event for us. Well worth the trip down from Herts. Absolute bonus with hotel getting a £170 room for £90 and the breakfast went on until 11.00am. Where to start? Loved the venue, nice and dark. The floor needs a special mention. As this is normally a dance studio the floor was fantastic, no talc needed all night. Have to say that any night with great music, old and new friends and a good dancefloor is worth travelling to. The two residents Mick & Mischief understand their audience and play a across the board with the well know and stuff that has you running up to the decks. Pip played with buckets of enthusiasm, even though he had contracted some deadly lurgy. This had people up dancing early. Nice to talk to Dave, who has made me have to buy records everytime I see him play, The Vonettes....Touch My Heart, this time. Matt, just one of the nicest, laid back guys on the scene. His super power is the ability to make out his records are mediocre when in fact he's got records to die for. Hats off to Nic and Tracy for all the hard work setting up this great night. Mischief, would not miss our Saturday in the pub at Hemsby. See you there. Cheers Doc Link to comment

Len
as the music policy is a great one where if asked to dj you are allowed to express yourself & play without pressure Brilliant statement - Wish more venues had this polocy.
