June 10, 200816 yr If these bids are not real the poor seller will have to pay really high fees.. the poor man, hope he dosen't feel like someone has stolen some thing from him.

June 10, 200816 yr Whats the world coming to? Just seen the Sammy Ambrose listing myself. Even if it is a 'shill' bid he/she would have to pay 9% of the total which on £720 is about £65! Someone cant really be paying that sort of money for a boot can they!!!!!!!!!???????? A
June 10, 200816 yr He obviously only has one friend cos the same person has made the bids on all of the ones with one bid on, so thats about 33 at £9.99 he is going to have to pay fees on when he could of just sold them to the same mate in the pub QoFxx

A because the winning bidder will certainly be a 'fake' bidder seller won't have to pay any fees in the end i think. though seller has to go through a lot of hassle with ebay to prove that bidder is fake, i.e. non payer.

What if the buyer as a non-payer puts his case to ebay that it was brought to his attention by a "friend" only after he had placed his bids that the item was a bootleg QoFxx
June 11, 200816 yr Its a response but you would then have to register it as a bootleg in another section for the matter to go any further.
June 11, 200816 yr Author Its a response but you would then have to register it as a bootleg in another section for the matter to go any further. Ebay should know that it's a bootleg - enough people on here have told 'em!
June 11, 200816 yr I Knew Ebay would not pull the plug, there not ar*ed unless it affects them, or unless someone thretens to sue etc... Steve
June 11, 200816 yr bootleg cds seems no ones really bothered i did put up info on here about the ric tic and goldern world cds . they said made in thialand but more like england. i was questioned "how do you know that we have not liscened the tracks"! carnt mention names as to who i think had done them as no doubt i would get a letter and get sued. had a reply off ebay saying they would look into the above seller. anyway whos doing the look a like boots ? i'll give you a clue i know someone who worked at a record pressing plant in the east midlands he saw the mastercopies to these c.d's being done 5 years ago

August 10, 200816 yr Author AUGUST UPDATE: BACK WITH 191 "Buy it now"ITEMS Well done Ebay for seemingly ignoring all the reporting of this seller (vinylrecordcutting) by the good folks on this site. Just discovered during a random search that he's back with 191 items. All the ones I looked at were blatant boots listed as "buy it now" items. AND HE'S GOT 100% FEEDBACK Edited August 10, 200816 yr by KevinKent
