Following on from my comments and playlist re Bury Town Hall 17 April here's what I played at the Viaduct 10th Anniversary bash last Friday 27 May.

Shirley Lawson 'One more chance' Backbeat;

Deletts 'Look at me' Bluerock;

Jackie Wilson 'Ive lost you' Brunswick;

Johnny Robinson 'Gone but not forgotten' Okeh;

Marjorie Black 'One more hurt' Sue;

Ellusions 'You didnt have to leave' Lamon;

Caressors 'I cant stay away' Rujac;

Gambrells 'You better move' Carla;

Kenny Carlton 'Lost and found' Bluerock;

Vanguards 'Good times' Lamp;

Bernard Williams 'Focused on you' Harthon;

Nat Hall 'Why' Loop;

Robert Parker 'Caught you in a lie' Nola.

A most enjoyable set I thought. Phew that room was hot hot hot. Respects to Alan Pollard for steering the ship for 10 years, he's moving on but the club will still keep going. I wish them well.

aah Mark this is a bit embarrassing - think I've got a mental block with Alan's surname (it must be mi age hehe). Texted Alan Barnes last Friday to ask for directions to the Viaduct then saved his number under the name of Alan Pollard. When he rang me back I called him Mister Pollard which resulted in much apologies from me....Then I go and do it again on here. Sorry Alan B.
