This is what is in the run-out of my blue boot. At 6 o'clock: Fame 1001-9819 (scratched in) At 3 o'clock: A Triangle type symbol followed by /0/3// (all of this has been crossed out) Between these is a small crossed out symbol/dot. Unfortunately I don't have a red copy to compare with .

I didn't think there was red boots. Thought the boots were light blue with gold print, like the one I purchased at Feltham market about 30 years ago!

Exactly what I did! I was after this for quite some time, but would refuse to even consider purchasing the one on the right. Not only for this release, but all other Deon Jackson releases on Carla I did the same. Although saying that I believe they are both originals.

Not, when they some times lead the way in it. I've bought from each of these, but I have to admit that I sometimes think that they overprice stuff. Yes, people bang on about reputations and quality of service but being honest I tend to only venture onto the better known dealers when I can't get what I want cheaper elsewhere. Bit like shopping around for petrol really .

I recieved a beat up copy of Roscoe Robinson - What Makes A Man Do Wrong as part of the packaging for a record bought of Ebay once!

Some sellers I find are consistently overpriced, as a result I don't even bother to look at their sales. Admittedly I'm far from being a large or prolific spender, it's just that there's nothing more disparaging than seeing titles listed in the topic title that I'm after only to find them priced up at astronomical prices.

As it's payday this Friday (6 Jan 2012) and as I've yet to find anything that takes my fancy (or is in my price range) listed this week, thought I'd post up a want. I'm after 3 of the 6t's 100 Club Anniversary Singles on Kent (must be at least excellent condition and with clean labels if possible) to complete the set, these being: 6T2 - Melba Moore - The Magic Touch / The Chuck Jackson Rhythm & Blues Ensemble - Little By Little (£25 - £50) 6T11 - John Edwards - Ain't That Good Enough / Loleatta Holloway - This Man's Arms (£45 - £65) sorted now, thanks. 6T18 - M&M & Peanuts - Can't Say No / Charmaines - I Idolize You (£35 - £45) sorted The prices I've put beside them are estimates based on prices I've seen them sold or listed for in the past year. So if you want 3 figures or not far off it , then to be honest I won't pay that much. I maybe willing to go a tad higher than those quoted, but it wouldn't be by much. Just wanted to state that, rather than you or I waste our time. One final thing is that I may only be able to purchase one or two of them this month, not all 3 at the sametime. Unless of course someone's selling them for well below the prices quoted . I can either send a cheque before Friday or otherwise make paypal or debit card payment on Friday.

People have done, but you need to state that it's not the actual record that you're selling (merely someone else's). I actually saw someone with a video clip of a car they were selling (you could see and hear it running), which i thought was rather a good idea.

Your records and your selling them, so what you do is upto you. If they are willing to pay what you want for them, then what's the problem? If people want to watch and not bid, that's upto them. I do it myself, sometimes out of interest to see what they go for, othertimes incase I'm skint and hope they'll be relisted and if they sell then that's my loss.

I seem to recollect something of this ilk being advertised, was it not in Leeds?
