  1. Isn't the flip of this "look out your window" a german only 45 release?
  2. Thanks. That's all I need to know.
  3. Jerry Ganey - Just a fool - Verve What's the rarer format? Issue or demo? Got both and want to keep just one, sell the other. Any ideas? Thanks!
  4. you have. it's the first press of the Showtime release. but it came out on Party Time before. PT issue rarely turns up, usually with high price tag. However, I doubt it sells @ these prices.
  5. Wasn't one of the first boots Chubby Checker "Discotheque"? On a green label? Or am I mixing it up?
  6. two weeks ago, placed a bid on a cheap record I was really after. 20 secs to end of auction I was still winning bidder, 10.20 euros (my max bid was something like 17.50). Got nervous about my max bid being high enough so intended to raise bid via the mobile. Due to my clumsyfingers I almost bid 210.21 euros instead of 21.21. By the time I corrected it and pressed "send" auction ended @ 17.51. I got overbid by 1 cent!
  7. No it didn't. It was $10K in 2008.
  8. that sums it up IMO. W & MMs is great tho.
  9. I'm going to win the lottery tomorrow and will fly over to collect Mello Souls personally.
  10. Pretty sure it was just her, no band. Will try to find the pictures I took. Edit: it was definitely 1995. Even tho the more I think about it the less I'm sure I saw Doris Troy live.
  11. There was a live act, Doris Troy. Probably got the year wrong. Was it 1995?
  12. I do. 100% for 3rd one in 1994. 0% for all others. Sums up to 100%.
  13. Even though I'm not logged in I can see the auction details on JM's site including the highest bidders ID/email (booboosoul...). Anyone else too?
  14. If it's really the Mello Souls, that would be the best record JM auctioned in the last 10 years ever. I predict well over 10K.
  15. you're sure you're not mixing it up with the 1965 version? At least that's the one I heard over here.
  16. First half is a waste of time and full of bull shit. Things improved half way through. Quite enjoyable from the Dan Penn CD onwards.
  17. Neither had I but I agree with you. It's the font that doesn't look right, isn't it?
  18. Ok, Illustrator then. I knew it was some fancy designer software I couldn't afford legally
  19. I think I got a whole stack of vinylcarver blank labels somewhere. Bought years ago I never used them as I only had one single carver cut eventually. PM me if interested. I think I even got the Photoshop template somewhere on the laptop.
  20. Can send mp3's of both sides of the 689 press taken off the actual 45 if required. Please PM.
  21. thanks. ok version it is. I understand both Eyes of Blue releases fetch a bit of money nowadays due to demand from Mod/Psych collectors? They came out in Germany too with nice picture sleeves.
  22. Which one you're talking about? Heart trouble or super market?
  23. Guy H covered up Esquires "listen to me" for Yarmouth w/ender radio show as "Flights of Fantasy". And I covered Tony Bruno "How am I gonna make it" as by Vladimir Semmelhack.Strange enough?
  24. Maybe it's just me but I've never seen this one before: I love especially how pattern of label and sleeve match. Beautiful.
