How To Sell A Collection?
Fair enough. The job does not let me get it wrong. Had to work out various CGT liabilities for non, basic and higher rate tax payers in an exam last year. Twisted my blood I can tell you.

Nighter Journeys Pre Car And Internet
Hitched to Cleethorpes back then. Bloody nightmare. Bedford to Peterborough then up through Sleaford to Lincoln ( with a vicar). Met two girls from Boston and got a train with them to Cleethorpes. Got lift home via Doncaster then train to Huntingdon or maybe Peterborough then hitched the rest of the way.

Totally agree.

How To Sell A Collection?
Yes but you still get a better price, after his costs, as he has worldwide clients and I think the best knowledge. Worked for me!

How To Sell A Collection?
Better change your accountant the CGT exemption rate is £10,600 for this tax year same as last. My view on this is get Pete S on the job and sell that way. Far easier. Maybe auction big ticket items via JM, gets better prices generally as we all know. Speaking from experience.

Back At The Casino
I recall a similar thing when Al Williams was big. RS had it on Labeat and John Poole said he had it on Palmer. Cue debate. Of course both were right. Always thought Frankie Karl was 7th Ave Aviators, just given makeover by label before release on Congress.Sounds the same to me to be honest. See you Sat Steve.

Your Favourite Live Performance - Just Let Your Emotions Go
Saw Stevie Wonder at the MEN Manchester a couple of years ago. TOTALLY OUTSTANDING. Getting teary eyed as I type this. Saw the late Teddy Prendergrass at Apollo Manchester. Stunning. Maze featuring Frankie Beverley. Many times. My fave I reckon. Saw the 4 Tops at the Golden Garter in Wythenshawe Manchester when they were in a slump. Got backstage and they signed the cover of I,ll turn to stone. Gave it to Alan Pollard. Northern gigs NOTHING matches Betty Wright at WC. Bloody hell!

What Record Do You Listen To The Most When Your Sad To Make You Feel Better
Will Collins Anything I can do. Matter of interest my rock loving son is 16 and plays the guitar. He will listen to many Soul tunes and comment on the "sad" nature of the lyrics. Perceptive eh?

What Album Never Left Your Turntable When You Were Younger?
I remember having Supremes Greatest Hits ( Blue back ground with drawings of the girls). COME SEE ABOUT ME. I used to play it as I was getting ready for school everyday. Still love the tune. First paypacket bought Ojays Backstabbers. My dad said you cant go spending your money on records!! IF ONLY EH?
