Toy is vinyl and Loma styrene. I believe they would be the same recording/take but I have yet to hear a Toy copy. Now the Linda Burns is another take on the singing to the Loma and the mix/mastering is different.

That is just not right; a seller is a seller ! Not a keeper right ? When you buy and sell you win some and lose some. All the rest is dishonesty and/or worst. He may put it in a polite way with a regular customer and see how he comes out of it if ever... If he does that with an first time customer he deserves to be slagged off. Imagine stuffs like that happening more than once in a single record fair... RIOT !!!

Yeh I know The Q? is not about it being an original (Corey is on his CD and Les is on LP) but more about being legit as a first release on 45 ! BTW Les McCann is 1967 and Corey Clover 1998 !

I've never seen a Cajun Hart 'got to find a way' on a French Warner Bros. and Willie Hutch 'love runs out' on RCA is French and not Canadian.

It doesn't look official to me and the lo-fi sound is troubling somehow...

Sorry, I must have mixed them up. You're right 'aware of love' came out twice; once on 0069 where 'just crazy about you' was replace with 'wish you didn't have to go' and then on EEE 0070 instead of 'we've come a long way together' also.

This is the real deal. The bootleg label is a copy of this promo copy. It's also on styrene. Only the label of the boot is bubbly, has "cut-line" that is cut off center with extra not colored printed white paper that looks like a "mis-press" and the run out grooves are too many. That is how I remember it.

And so if it's only for the "aware of love" you are after, you must know that EEE 0070 came out twice with "aware of love" and once b/w "wish you didn't have to go" & then "just crazy about you". After like what seemed to have disappeared from the surface of the earth I’m back with a new « 5 years old » bitty box (me two 10 years old Apple carcasses passed out) given to me by an old pal that felt that he owed me some through the years.
