Ian Levines Podcast
I love his shows, not all the tracks, some make me wince; he's clearly mad, all the credentials for a Northern soul collector...!!! agree with Chalky, a track listing you can cut and paste would be very useful. Malcolm

Ebay Customs Parcel Checks
Be honest I dont buy from over seas sellers any more unless I really want it, Aussie stuff seems to come straight through no problem so I always pick stuff up via eBay and other.. It seems to be the USA packets that get all the attention. Mix that with exchange rate charges, and any other associated it simply isn't worth dealing with allot of folks over seas.. which is a damn shame.

Ebay Customs Parcel Checks
thats interesting, well royal mail charge £8, something like £4 profit for them, rest goes to the government of course, so its a good business for Ebay to get into, they have a min charge rate which the Royal mail have proven, the skies the limit... even if they pay onto a carrier £2 say, thats £2 to them (Ebay) for every package.. Some Records For Sale (Originals 7")
Seen some very silly prices last two weeks, some from sellers who normally put up to 75% on allot of their sales, I've wanted to say something but its bad form, ultimately I just email them with an offer of what i think its worth if its something I'm after, I dont get many replies from some... folk want to sell, and they will haggle to get a sale, as I do when i sell my 45's... as for not putting conditions on the sales thread, beyond me, but I'm not going to jump through hoops, because I'm the customer, so these boys will simply loose out.. Obscure - unusual Foreign Releases
Ive put some of these up before, But W&G has such mystique for me... and Claudine Clarke on Aussie Chancellor!!! came in a plain sleeve I've Learned..yep thats important point cause I spent months checking and searching for the correct sleeve.... but distributed by Viking records Australia.. Impressions came from Pete S some years ago.... weak at the knees stuff indeed...!! nice on Pete.. Malcolm

Obscure - unusual Foreign Releases
here's some more colourful ones from Down under... white demo's from ~Festival are very few, just produced for sound correction purpose, Jimmy Smith on Red Verve, real eye candy... and Bettye Swan in her sleeve looks the business.. Ben E King has loads on Atlantic, but I think this particular track gets over looked, dont remember Kent ever putting it out on the various comps they have done, I maybe wrong but I've not come across it... and novelty 'For the Kids' value on house of Bamboo, but it does look nice as a demo in 'Green'!! Festival Finally the two Cameo 45's are not mine, I wished they were, dont they look the business.. Malcolm
