It's the idea that there are thousands of collectors out there who will continue to drive prices upwards. My experience of EBay is that there are few bidders really. You still get high prices on some items but there's not a massive clamour for mid-price [£ hundreds] or cheapies either.

I'm not so sure on that. Just looking at Tomangoe's just sold on EBay if you agree that £1000 is a bargain then only 10 bidders above that. Not sure where thousands of collectors fit in ? ROD

£800 is ambitious but looking at recent sales on here and EBay it's a £4-500 45. Judging from description in ad the VG+ grade may be a "keeping on the safe side" approach. ROD

Pretty sure mine original. A tiny what looks like triangle and rectangle P928A scratched through but then P982A added. P982A is what is on the label. B same triangle and rectangle . Then P982 P928[scratched through] B Tbh tri and rect may not be accurate [very small and difficult to discern] as I can make out feint markings just before those. ROD

Because you can't re-boost this ad as it's Larry's so it'll just slip down page and be lost. And there's two of you piggy-backing. And it's now turning into a discussion about the 45 which is more for a topic in LAYB. ROD

Au contraire mon ami ! Scratched v. etched/stamped is important difference with such as local Detroit 45s when describing originals. Just mentioned it to be absolutely accurate and avoid any confusion. I am in no way running round the house pumping my fist shouting "got him !" ROD

Thought you'd know. I would say though that H625 ARP is etched/stamped rather than scratched. You can feel it raised. ROD
