So 'Baby Have Mercy On Me' could actually be a completely different song anyhoo! That makes more sense to me. I did hear ages ago that 'Suspicion' is actually by The Monitors but listening to the falsetto it sounds more likely to be the Originals.

Interesting thread as I have all the boots mentioned, Seems any thread about the Servicemen are very popular as they are one of the best groups on the Northern scene, pity they never cut more tunes. Pete Smith is right about the Magicians 45, mine cost me £25 and that's a good 15 years ago!!

Dennis Brennan was a member , seem to remember having a conversation and buying a tune off ebay from him, their 'Don't Forget That I Love You'. Can someone post a soundfile of the Blue Light 'I Love You'?
