Still recovering out here in North Sea and still remember a majority of the plays. I have been to some nighters recently that seemed to drag on and on. I hit the 100 Club early doors just to meet and chat, but I along with others were kept on the floor all night and the night was over before we knew it. I expected a good time and recently I feel that some places make you work at it to enjoy yourself, Saturday night was easy and comfortable, just the way I remembered the 100 Club of old. Well done to Dj's and punters, sorry we didn't drink the bar dry tho ;0)

I have came across two or three people who have sworn blind that they don't like Midnight Johnny, but there wasn't many artists that could have hit those notes at the end. It took me a while to grasp that it was the Temptations singing behind her

Ironically, i was just restoring a beat up cop of Midnight Johnny this morning. As i listened to the disc after cleaning, I mentally agreed to myself of what a wonderful track it was, and how good Liz performed it. Like all the artists.....they leave a legacy!

Great memories of Mayfair Suite allnighters in Newcastle. Although a bit hazy with dj's and music played, must have been a good time if I went back again. I think it was about 84 which made me 15/16. Nae bad goin' fir a young un, a bit o' a Phileas Fogg in them days!!!!
