Personally i think it`s a great record,i`ve always got a response/had people dancing to it so for me it`s a winner not a flop.Plus it helps my copy is a clean one and plays fine. Will dig it out later and see what all the fuss is about mastering/mix etc
  18. Your best bets are: phone/write to lost property,Baker st,London,Nw1.If you go on Tfl website your find details.Long shot but all lost property is now sent to same place,be it Bus/Tube/train/cabs.Maybe the thief left the records in station,i know there used to be a gang working Liverpool st but i thought transport police had moved em on cos i haven`t seen them for years now. Other option is there`s a record shop just off Brick Lane, maybe they tried to offload there, when i`m next in area if you pm me your mobile,i`ll text you the details unless someone knows the shop i`m talking about? Good luck with your search/every Djcollectors worst nightmare..
  19. I`ve just starting changing all my lps to the covers 33 polylined sleeves, does that mean that are not suitable? There`s some rare/expensive lps amongst that lot and there all clean copies.
  20. Good luck with the move Russ, wish you luck with that one...
  21. Actually that was done tongue in cheek, anybody who knows me will confirm i`m beyond any help when it comes to vinyl/condition/filing systems etc... I was gonna do my 7" collection in genre order of colour sleeves but could`t make me mind up and had already bought loads of red sleeves so gave up on that idea..
  22. That`s the seller i got mine from,he`s very helpful/sorts you out etc. All the colours are the same quality has the Green paper sleeve.I was gonna go down that route of doing em in Genre order but gave it a miss in the end.Too anal for me.
  23. Actually there is some vinyl releases in that little list Know what you mean thou...I hate cds but only way sometimes to own em in original format .Hope your well fella.
  24. I also use the red inner paper sleeves which Mike mentioned he got from Jazz man. There is a seller on ebay (you can go direct if it`s a large order) who does every colour known to man.I bought all or most of his red ones off him . Bags unlimited stopped making em now.Tried a few of the poly lined sleeves but you can`t turn or pick up the record (on u.s copies only) so kinda blew them out.Good news you don`t need to fold or cut them to fit in the outer white cardboard covers. Not like the covers 33 inner paper sleeves, what a waste of time . Have to agree why collectors don`t put records in paper sleeves, myth they get scuffed.
