Hi Paul, Thanks for all the uploads in the past and also for starting to reinstate some. I've subscribed to your channel. What sort of things are included in the "copyright stuff"? No sure if you can say, but was the problem a particular music company/companies trying to protect their product? Cheers Kev Bod

I can't see what the JM channel was doing that was so different and caused more copyright infringement to what loads of others do when posting records. Very strange.

I've just looked at the JM Youtube site and the message says: - "John Manship has been terminated (!!) because we've received multiple third party claims of copyright infringement regarding material the user posted" Not sure if this has been mentioned before or if it's happened with other users. I think it's a shame that this has happened. I enjoyed most of what was posted. Is there any more info on this? I'm not on facebook so if it's been covered there I wouldn't see it. Cheers Kev Bod

Is that an error on the label that says the time of "Gotta Have Money" is 3.35. The 45's have it as 2.36? Or is it a "longer, extended, 12" mix"!!

There was one in sales today I think. The seller was asking £700. Perhaps see how he gets on an pitch yours accordingly. I'd be interested myself but not at anywhere near that sort of price. No offence to the seller , it just means I'll never own one

That doesn't seem to have the anti-slip ridges around the label. So, I'd assume it's a more recent copy/boot. I bit like those James Fountain UK Cream label copies which apparently came out in the 90's.

The one from the 70's was about 1978 ish. It has Willie Hutch on the other side (Love Runs Out). They were all white one's that looked like Demo's but were not. Never saw a black one. That was another one of the same! Reflections and August & Deneen back to back.

It's not even a nice job with the scissors around the center!!

There was the copy on ebay that "Fleabees2000" auctioned and finished on 20th Jan 2016 at $120.38. hat was described as "Near Mint", not mint. Regards KB

Mine is a green one with the Nashville stamp and the sound quality isn't great. I thought it was just my copy, but others have also mentioned it. Also, I've never seen any copies with the spelling "TOO". I'd be interested to see a scan. I've had a look on the John Manship site and he has a blue copy for sale marked "repro" (reproduction) and a green original.

I think that last time on the JM auction 2 years ago it finished at almost £7,500. So, on that basis, if the commission is 20% (it may have been negotiated/discounted down due to the potential sale price) it would need to reach £9,375 ( £9,375 less 20% = £7,500) as a break-even deal. However, the owner has had the use and enjoyment of owning the record, which has got to be worth something.
