I believe the Star- Treks ended at 282 pounds.

The Gems?
By the time the Gems' "I'll Be There" came out ('67) the Chicago based Gems had evolved into the Starlets (not to be confused with the "Better Tell Him No" group) according to discogs.

Introduction of Strings into Soul Music
I would say the Drifters "There Goes My Baby" definitely started the trend of strings in Soul Music. But, there were earlier examples like this from 1956 -

The Stardust Label (again)
I looked on popsike and found a few copies that were sold. They went from 17-33 pounds. I think the price on discogs is wishful thinking on the seller's part.

Ambers- "I Love You Baby" issue
That's close to my copy- mine has a little more hiss.

Ambers- "I Love You Baby" issue
I don't know what's going on with the 45- it's a cut out- there is no snap, crackle or pop but it does have some a little more hiss than there should be.

Ambers- "I Love You Baby" issue
I recently got the 45 in what looks like mint - condition. But... when I played it , it was on the noisy side. Are they all like this or did I get a defective copy ?

Clarification - Jamo Thomas... Must I Holler.
I've got the fast version of "Must I Holler" along with 3 other Jamo Thomas songs ("Stop The Baby", "Snake Hip Mama" and "Jamo's Party" ) on a 12" acetate. I would guess at some point the fast version was being considered for release.

Technically, it's really not a Pied Piper production. Although Herb WIlliams of Pied Piper did the arrangements, the track was produced by Ed Wright.

Something New - You Babe/what's This I See (Curtom)
I would think the Something New on Curtom were promo only since it shares the same release # as this Impressions single -

Something New - You Babe/what's This I See (Curtom)
Not sure if they're talking about the same 45 here, but it looks like Terry also had a single coming out on Madtad Records which appears to be a collaboration between Curtis Mayfield, Marv Stuart and Scepter/ Wand . From Cashbox April 10, 1971-

Tony Chambers on MOPRES
I would say this is a U.S. press with a small center. The single charted (#34)on June12, 1981 and most U.S. radio stations did not play import singles -
