'Ton of Dynamite'..what is this?
It does exist on 12" but this is the Tom Moulton remix from the 1977 album "Philly Classics". The 12" came out 2 years later in 1979 - Back to Frankie Crocker .

'Ton of Dynamite'..what is this?
I don't know if this was the O'Jays single you had but... this was how some (Atlantic, Columbia etc.) U.S. companies released extended versions before the 12" format was used.

- Why no soul ?
In the U.S., of the 50 + Music channels on cable tv, there are quite a few choices for Soul. There's a channel that plays mostly 60's- 80's, another one that plays 80's, 90's and 00's, three or four Hip Hop / Rap channels and a couple that play Soul Love songs.- eBay listing categories?
Not sure why you're having problems. Once I picked Browse categories, I selected Music then records. After that it took me to a new page with additions to choose from- add pics, speed , format (LP or 45 etc), where you should be able to add Northern Soul or any other category.- Sleeves
Yes- I probably have close to 1000. I like having the 45's in their "birth sleeves" !- News: Mary Wells - (Artist Of The Week)
- Soul songs that are based on gospel songs without credit
One of the weirdest things that happened in the Gospel to Soul transition occurred when the Valentinos covered the Womack Brothers "Couldn't Hear Nobody Pray" and turned it into "Lookin' For A Love". Same group, same arrangement, just different lyrics.- Mike Terry (Artist Of The Week)
Incredible arrangements from Mike on this Northern Classic-- Label background overprinted and used by multiple labels
