There are loads of threads on this record on the forum. The consensus seems to be that it's actually impossible to definitively state that one issue came before the other.

I think the price premium should be decided by which colour label you'd prefer to look at while the disc is spinning around.

Just wanted to remind you that the two label versions have different mastering and sound different. I've explained what they are in detail in an earlier thread, maybe 4-5 months ago?

Red white is the rarer of the two. I had some unreleased master tapes of Jesse Fisher ( not too good quality ) from a label owner in Cleveland back in 1982/ 3 period. Must dig them out of the loft area. Incidentally does anyone know the techie way of converting tapes into mp3 format for a luddite like me !!

Let me guess you have a multi coloured one, its amazing how many times you or your other half denigrate a records price when its one you do not have!

There's a lot of great software available for cleaning up and improving recordings these days..

I'm sure somebody with decent home studio can help you convert and improve those tapes.. They sound interesting !

Bought mine from rudzi in the early 90s, he had a few copies split equally between red and multi coloured, think they were a fiver each!

Well no, actually....there's also a multi-coloured copy in the sales area too.....Jock's rare red and white copy is way too cheaps, 'cos my multi-coloured can't possibly be over priced given the price paid in a recent JM auction.....

I paid £15 for a multi about 4 or 5 years ago, did I get a bargain?

Just dug out my little log book I used to keep on stuff bought, it was 48 Dollars from Gemm in April 2004

There are two different pressings of the white label issue.

One has got the same matrix number as the multi-coloured copies (W104A), and the other one has got an added "3" to the matrix number (W104A3).

This might explain some of the confusion regarding sound quality and why some of the white label ones sound cleaner and have a different mastering than the multi-coloured ones.

They've got different spellings of the title as well - YOUR vs. YOU'RE.
