The point I am trying to make is that you never hear people describe certain songs linked to venues of today. Can anyone explain why this doesnt happen anymore? Is this because the big dj's play everywhere these days rather than be loyal to fewer venues? Are the big DJ's playing the same records?
I would like to know if anyone can tell me which records make you want to say "this is a big Lifeline tune" or "this reminds me of the Wilton"
Have the days gone when records get linked to venues?
"this was a big sound in the early days of Wigan"
"this was a Stafford favourite"
