Two very slow ones that I always get up for ..... Buddy Smith "When You Lose..." and Jimmy Thomas "Above a Whisper" ... that slow I nearly fall over  Too old to even attempt the fast ones :D

The Gems "I'll be there". Not heard it outside of the scooter scene for some years, but it always gets me on the floor. Then my knees remember they're knackered, my heart tells me I'm now 16 stone and my lungs remind me I smoke too many after about 45 seconds :D

Combinations is fantastic...and fast :D:thumbsup:

one of the slowest...Don & Juan - Heartbreaking Truth - Mala

One record, in my opinion, falls into either category:

THE LEGENDS: Fear Not (Commonwealth)

After years of trying to digest this, I still can't suss whether it's a 100 MPH stomper, or a sexy-slow smoocher.

What is it?????

Fastest has got to be that old classic Afternoon of the Rhino by the soulful Mike Post

Real heart attack inducing stuff.

Quicky: Packing Up - Damon Fox

Slowies: Gene Stridel (Is this actually Gene McDaniels?) Where Does This Leave Me? (slower than Romance Watson)

Franciscans - Walk To The Bottom Of The Sea

Velvet Satins - Nothin' Compare to You

+

Johnnie Mae Matthews - I Have No Choice

Fast

Eddie Parker........Love you baby. Very fast dancer, to fast for me.

Slow

Kenni Woods....Can't he take a hint

whats the title of the Contessa, can never remember  can remember the label though, I think, Lazbar or Lazbo. For another thread elsewhere, it's a one of as well isn't it? Tim sold it on his list about 8 years ago for about £400, who has it now?

Fast ones are out the window for me i keep falling over  hehe but Cornelius Bros & Sister Rose - Too Late To Turn Back Now is a top slowie for me and oh so cheap.
