Just hearing the sad news that the grand old lady of soul, Della Reese, has passed away. Singer of one or my all time faves Blow Out the Sun. I think she was about 94. She.was of course an actress, who starred alongside Rick Pryor in  Harlem Nights. God speed another voice in the choir.
