Both cuts renowned as underground disco classics, real anthems from the paradise garage, loft, warehouse and power plant.

Good disco records in their own right....so just as likely at the local Tiffany's as modern rooms.

I think even new releases have to be not totally commercial to make the cut at a northern soul anything goes night.

So none of them played at the Casino?

What about this one, Highland Room or Casino?

Curious to see how many tunes were missed.

Oh, jeez. I would have expected to hear that type of sound down at my local wanna-be-trendy wine bar back in the early 80s when I thought a glass of Riesling and a slice of Quiche Lorraine for lunch on a work day made me suave and sophisticated!

Of the same ilk....this got played at CWG all nighters.....along with Cathedrals and black soul music.

Lots of vests and baggy trousers emulating the dance moves to boot!

Was it tongue in cheek? I don't know..as a 14 year old I thought it must be the norm.
