JM's 4th edition has it at £400. One went through e-bay in 2005 for $553

the last one in JM auction from half a year ago or so went over 800ukp, this might have been over the top, but I think chances are slim that you will get a copy for less than 400, seems demand has risen on this one?!..I still haven't got a copy, I was the second highest bidder in the ebay auction in 2005 and I recall that copy went to japan..so I am still looking for a copy..

No, they are exceptionaly, excruciatingly rare! I would call a record that I have never seen in a sales box in 30 years, and personaly never known anyone, apart from Robin S, owning one, extremely rare, IMHO.

Ah ha... That's my spare copy if anyone offers me a serious price I would sell....

I had a copy from Soul Bowl in the early '80's, but sold it to a mate for less than £30 in 1989, along with Charles Johnson etc. - fully intending to buy them back someday... (I'm getting quite good at shooting myself in the foot like that it seems!)

I got my copy early 9t's or late 80's off Rod Shard. Think it was £5 or £15. He said "try this you might like it - something we gave Richard to play"

I once put it in my sales box about 5-6 years ago when i was skint at the orwell and nobody wanted it!

I have no idea of the current price.

I've never seen another copy for sale.

So i'm glad i decided to keep it.

Len Boon - Love Won't Be Denied was a very popular disco 12" in 1978, even had it's own quirky dance!

i can tell you that many of these 70s/crossover 45s are rarer than many of the rare 60s things that fetch silly money....

Bought a copy of Eugene Smiley from Pat Allen(what happened to him?)when i played the modern room of The Burnley and Pendle Soul club back in the late 80s for less than a tenner.

Sold it for £25 a few years later lets not forget the great ballad flip though.
