  1. Yes count me in as one of those dancers, being a bit of a record hound in those days I found the Nosmo King copy in a 2nd hand record shop in Birkenhead, this pleased be far more than the Solomon King This Beautiful Day that I found at the same time,(one was a floor packer the other I'd never heard played out but had it written down in my little black book ). Miffed when it got reissued doubly so cos the reissue had the instrumental on the b side cleverly titled........ Nothing to Say!!!!! BTW we all have our favourite record to hate mines Dance Dance Dance by the Casualeers only because of the amount of times I heard it during its peak
  2. And thats a great tune to!
  3. 100's to choose from I NEED YOUR LOVE - CLYDENE JACKSON A DREAM - CREATIONS MAGIC CORNER - BELITA WOODS SWEETEST THING - CHANNEL THREE GET YOUR POINT OVER - SEBASTIAN WILLIAMS and all those mentioned by everyone else!
  4. House for Sale was originally played as an album track at the Mecca as they were more open to album tracks but I sure I heard it at Casino or Ritz, Got 45 release UK only on the popularity of it hence edited version with some of the ad-libs out of place and louder backing singers and possibly some rearranging of the verses. More of a clip-clop beat possibly speeded up. A favourite of mine and definitely a crowd pleaser (for the girls)

  14. What was the CD that this originally came from I think it had the Trends and Pookie Hudson on it, Tom Moulton "remixed" some of the tracks and there was an instrumental of Try my Love. First heard it on RS's Jazz fm show.
