Soul Scene Villains
I'm as soft as baby, can't stand football and have never been convicted of an offence - yet I bet I know know more criminals that Dave and Bootboy combined. How ironic ....does that make me 'real'?

Salem Travelers, Kim Tolliver, Leevert Allison. - Free Post
Three 45s up for quick sale. Free shipping UK. Overseas please add £2 and I'll stand the rest. Very strict grading. Payment by paypal as gift preferred but if that's problem we'll work around it. Feel free to ask questions by PM or email to: mistergodzilla@yahoo.com Salem Travelers – Give Me Liberty Or Death - Cadet VG++ 35 HOLD Not the later Cadet "Sermons and Spirituals" reissue that's often passed off as the real thing but a nice pale blue original. Fantastic group with a great song and one of the ones that paved the way for the recent acceptance of Gospel tunes on the Northern and R&B scenes. Often listed much higher. Salem Travelers.mp3 Kim Tolliver - I Caught You - GAR VG++ 25 SOLD Funky Northern is the hot thing at the moment and this outing from KT has a similar feel to her 'I Don't Know What Foot To Dance On' but is more raw and in your face. Double sided promos are far more common but they omit the gorgeous ballad flip. kim tolliver.mp3 Leevert Allison - I Want To Give My Heart to You - Poncello Ex £25 A great underplayed uptempo R&B soul track. Last time I listed one of these (which was a while ago) I got loads of PMs - obviously becoming a popular number. Too cheap in 2009? Well it's the same price now... leevert allison.mp3 Thanks for looking.

Uk Rip Off Postage Charges
How does that work? If there's no insurance or tracking involved, why should one record cost more than another to post?

Jessie Davis
Auctions like this should never be mentioned. They remind that this horrid assault on your earholes exists.

Thoughts, Comments And Info On Early 70S Soul Sound
It's like the stuff that gets called "Free Soul" in Japan. I think it's a really nice tune and I'm going to play it a picnic gig that I do. It'll fit right in with a set that includes Terry Callier, Steely Dan, Rotary Connection, Odyssey ( Battened ships ), Zero 7, Seu Jorge, Richie Havens and so on.

Michael Mcdonald
I think it is the same guy. Voice sounds about right to me. Rick Jarrard was the producer too and he produced a McDonald 45 on Bell from the early 70s. I forget the title right now

Best Sound By White Artist Played Upto 73
I still don't get why people think it's not her singing. She sounds the same on all of her records. Maybe your getting her mixed up with the Beatles as they were a bunch of black guys who dressed themselves up as the Dalton Boys in order to sell more records in Japan and Libya. As far as made up words go though, 'ethenticities' is right up there.
