I got to number 6 with last one with fewer listens than quite a few below, I'd also had more listens than some above

We used to have something like this with the Artist and label of the week, some great info posted.

Scarce means insuffucient to meet demand, rare means not many at all.

Maybe it sold a few so a second run done, maybe the arranger wasn't happy with no credit?

I think because people don't have to use it or are not reminded like other places, ebay, amazon etc then they aren't going to use it. I'm not sure if you can set this up to remind individuals to use it on the forum set up? Maybe a shop type set up if available where individual sellers have their own page?

Whilst doing the podcasts for the Stafford Story for Richard's part the three unissued Motown I could pin down to him was The Temptations, "A Tear From A Woman's Eye" & "Angel Doll" and Marvin Gaye "Lonely Lover", not "It's Killing Me" and they were in '82. That was Dave Withers first and foremost as far as I can ascertain, I have play lists from the second Stafford and the tales of the night in Manchester where Dave first played all the Motown for the first time. I have the SAS nights in an old echoes I will dig them out. None of the Motown from the tapes were played at Wigan according to Rod and Dave.

It was in-between Wigan and Stafford so late 81 or early 82.

SAS, that's the venue I was referring to and the first time Suspicion was played out so I'm led to believe. I have some old echoes with adverts in for e venue, will dig a couple out and scan them.

The original 45 was given out at a promotional convention for the release of the Marvin Gaye CD box set, The Master was it? No one wanted the 45, well not many. Someone told me he was going round picking em all up off the floor.

J.J. Barnes as Jock rightly says is what it was covered up as by Rod and Dave Withers cut from the tapes from Robb K. I know Richard got cuts as well of some of the stuff but was led to believe it was after the Casino shut when played? May have been played somewhere just prior to Stafford, some club in Manchester maybe?

Its hugely indemand and it doesn't pop up every week so price will rise. We've seen this countless times.

Dave Raistrick auctioned one 18 months ago or thereabouts.

The last couple I've seen in the last few weeks have been around £400.

I have doen and that isn't for recorded, just standard 2nd class from what i can see. The 45 I posted other week was 1st class recorded (signed for) and £2.34.

£2.27 is first class recorded for a 45.

Yep 500 copies of each and the one track recoding studio.
