  2. SJ ... not giving links to it , fed up giving his overpriced site free exposure ...
  3. Comedy sale to end 'em all ... £10,000 for what looks suspiciously to me like the recently produced bootleg ...
  4. Some twat paid £212.00 for it three years ago ...
  5. No , two bidders all the way from £29.00 up ... (hit the Show Auto Bids button) , probably two lazy sods that put ridiculously high bids in their Autobid programs in order to guarantee coming out on top ... and the two programs battled it out unaided. Will probably get relisted soon when the winning 'bidder' sees what happened and refuses to pay
  6. All variations covered in the old thread I linked to boss , to save us both going round in circles ...
  7. Or an MR stamp ...
  8. Both missed the point of the thread ... you might want to read the original post again guys ...
  9. Not a Bellsound stamp but the reversed 'S' in a circle , Shelley Products Ltd , N.Y.

More worrying is asking £899.00 for the Outasite Lorraine Chandler ...
  11. It's clearly stated in the original post ...
  12. I had a good old rummage around last night , he has "Money" as a recurring theme to his recordings but sadly none of the obvious looking titles came up trumps ...
  13. He's asking about the track starting at 30:40 not the first track ...
  14. Religion/faith/gospel may well have influenced the music we love , but considering that most Sunday mornings were/are spent travelling home from all-niters there's not many on the scene that would be found sitting on a pew instead ... That said , I had a close to religious experience one Sunday morning after Blackburn in Mr Lyon's "Temple" , but that's another story altogether ...

So where's the picture of your copy , instead of the one lifted from Discogs ... !
  16. Lots of Okeh releases have scratched in matrices rather than stamps ...
  17. No anti-slip ring , that's just light bouncing off the run-out grooves. Shows better in the orig image before I cropped it ...
  18. Side by side with a real one the boot jumps out as being wrong ...
  19. Doubt it , stuff gets booted on a daily basis but I'm pretty sure that another "friends and family" set will not be emerging any time soon.
  20. Let's hope no-one gets fleeced with another one then , if there's an easy way of identifying the boot/repro then why not just share that information , there's no way that there is just the one copy of this repro out there ...
  21. Certainly wasn't one of that 'series' of lookalikes.
  22. Boot ... Vinyl and massive 5 turn 17mm run-out ... and very poor typeface reproduction especially the "Not for Sale" and "Radio Station Copy" parts ... Real one styrene with much smaller 9mm run-out and nice crisp printing.
  23. You're like a cow's tail sir .... all behind ... try going to the beginning of the thread ...
