Manship lists it at £85, though the last two I've seen for sale were £100 & £150. Managed to pick one up on Ebay for £60 though last year. It's not on a demo by the way. Paul SITC
  10. Have you noticed that this is being used in a new Persil ad? Paul
  11. Eddie Grant did produce this record and owned Ice but other than that and the other mercury 45, they were on Trojan group labels in the UK (Trojan, Amalgamated etc) and if I'm not mistaken, a Jamaican group who came here at the time of Longshot c. 1969 or earlier under the wing of one of the older Jamaican producers. Paul SITC
  12. They were the Pioneers of Reggae hit fame: let your yeah be yeah, Black & white etc. This record came out in 1977 on UK Mercury and was reissued on UK Ice in 1979. Paul SITC

  23. Thanks Paul, Mill Evans is the one . . . played by either Ginger or John Vincent! Having not heard the Mill Evans version for a few years, this sounds a little bit more apt for todays venues . . . probably! What was it covered as though?? As for The Main Ingredient, worth every penny a great sounding 45!!! Martin link
  24. These were the last I've seen listed, not sure on the other two. Paul SITC
  25. No Chalks the LP which is what he asked for! Paul
