Does AE71138 Exist?
Excellent - So that's the 15 x AE7 edits plus the ZS8 New York release. So that leaves AE7 1131 to fill in. As said before, absolutely NO evidence this even exists, just makes sense to start a sequence as 1 rather than 2. It could be that 1131 was scheduled for NY and as that became the release, thae number was never used. Glad a pic of 1138 is sorted. Cheers Tsu

Best ebay bargain over the years.
For me it was Clarence Coulter on Dyco in 2015 for £170. Listed as "g" which turned out to be stone mint.
-
Frank Beverly - Which was played 1st, Gamble or Sassy
The B side of the 1002-2 is a different track altogether, some instrumental that didn't even get a proper title, hence 'This Is Just A "B" Side'. I don't know why the second press was done, maybe Neil can add more info.

Uptight - David McCallum
I played it once once or maybe twice at Birmingham Locarno all dayers in the very early eighties. Always felt it was a bit too fast though.

WALLY COX,THIS MAN
Not a bad prediction though. Frank Sinatra, Liberace, Harry Belefonte, Jackie Gleason, Eddie Fisher, Eartha Kitt, Victor Borge, all became stars. Even Champion (presumably "The Wonder Horse") is in there.

Flowers on LAX - Ebay
Those two are just the same as the boots flooding eBay at £8/10, all with the wrong B side. It should be Voc / Inst. One for sale at £3000 at the moment.

New eBay fee method
You can at the moment, and some sellers are still using Paypal. Having said that I've just read a post earlier from modularman that "it's worth pointing out that buyers can continue to use PayPal and other methods to send payments". So that's all good then.

New eBay fee method
I haven't sold on eBay for a good while and don't plan on it anytime soon, so as a seller I haven't looked into this too much. However, as a buyer, I do occasionally use eBay, so how will it affect purchases? Presumably we would not be able to use Paypal, and have to use CC or DC, and be paying eBay, rather than the seller, much like when buying from CD&LP or Gemm when it was around.

The Anderson Brothers - The Way It Is - GSF B Side
Just noticed someone has put it on Discogs - apparently bagpussprince on discogs has a copy.

The Anderson Brothers - The Way It Is - GSF B Side
I found an image on the net of both sides, and posted them up on Soulsource a fair few years back. Could never find them again. I personally don't think it's real, but yours seems better quality than what I remember.

Jennifer Stone - RIP
If you're on a PC or laptop then just click the reply button as normal, and at the bottom there is a paperclip and "Drag files here to attach or Click here to choose files to upload" message. Once the photo(s) are uploaded, they show up just below. To add them to the post, just drag and drop them into the post. Might be different for a mobile phone though.

Dave Kilworth, RIP.
Such tragic news, hadn't seen him for a few years, but always had the odd chat with him. He will be missed.

If you want an original, you could contact the 11 people on Discogs who claim they have one !

Silhouettes lp not me baby
The Jazzman "LP with single" was limited to 400, according to discogs. The 45 was booted sometime after the Jazzman LP & single. It's easy to tell from the Jazzman 45s. Boot is blocked from discogs but sellers have infested the genuine listing with it, so don't just click buy if you want one.

Toni Basil. Breakaway.
Only a short film, but I found this interesting. The Comments below come directly from The Museum of Contemporary Art Dennis Hopper has described the experience of seeing Bruce Conner's A MOVIE (1958) like lifting the veil from his eyes, an associative blur of images that would go on to influence the infamous acid trip scene in his film Easy Rider. Years later, Hopper recalls, he and Dean Stockwell held the lights for Conner as he filmed Toni Basil dancing for BREAKAWAY (1966), the short film set to her song of the same name. A rare example of a Bruce Conner musical film containing all original photography, what makes the film unquestionably Conner is his frenetic editing and the evanescence of his subject, a spirit flickering in celluloid. The flashes of figure would reappear in Conner's sculptural photograms such as "Sound of Two Hand Angel" (1974). Director: Chris Green. Producer: Matthew Shattuck. Executive Producer: Chris Green, Noah Khoshbin, Emma Reeves, John Toba. Editor: Curtis Tamm. Director of Photography: Curtis Tamm, Peter Kirby, Kaitlin Dixon, Kevin Southworth. Assistant Camera: Eugenia Barbuc, Morgan Kessler. Music Clearances: Colby Trane. Interviews: Toni Basil, Bruce Jenkins. Film: BREAKAWAY by Bruce Conner (1966, 16mm, b&w/sound, 5 minutes) Courtesy and (c) Conner Family Trust. Pas De Trois by Dean Stockwell (1964, 16mm, b&w, 8 minutes) Courtesy of Dean Stockwell. Audio: Dennis Hopper Recording Courtesy of UCLA Film & Television Archive. Photography: (c) Conner Family Trust/ Artists Rights Society (ARS), New York. Dedicated to Bruce Conner, November 18, 1933 - July 7, 2008.
