Ljblanken Posted September 9, 2013 Share Posted September 9, 2013 right now, i am drinking a beer and watching a blaxploitation movie from 1973 called Detroit 9000. the opening scene features a black group performing a song "touch me jesus." i looked up on the internet that this song was recorded by Glass House in 1971 (it is a Holland-Dozier-Holland song). The group in the movie has a lead female vocalist that sounds exactly (at least to me) like the lead singer from Sisters Love. does anyone know off hand who this group might be?
